Background – Employment Software Engineer, Curagen (454 Life Sciences), New Haven, CT. Senior Software Engineer, University of Connecticut Health Center, Hartford, CT. Senior Bioinformatics Specialist, Faisal Special Hospital, Riyadh, KSA. Senior Computational Biologist, University of Toronto, Toronto, ON. And other positions.

Background - Projects Built the infrastructure for the GeneMania data warehouse. Translated the BIND interactions database into PSI- MI/BIOPAX. Designed and managed the software processes in the Biomolecular Research Department (e.g. ARED). Designed and implemented the interoperability of the Virtual Cell with Systems Biology standards (SBML, CellML). Developed and implemented data analysis, data integration, and curation tools at Incyte Genomics and Curagen. And other projects, in addition to some earlier wet lab research.
