It requires : certain level of maturity: what I want, when I want, how I want • Open educational resources, not limited • Learning/teaching resources are constantly created, updated and renewed • Learners are also content creators • It can be customised and tailored to the learner’s needs • Blended learning – the best alternative to traditional or virtual learning.
