The switch gear industry is one of the major industries in India. The switch gear
industries also offers auxiliary equipment, like Lighting arrestors, Isolators
instruments, Transformers etc.
India has an installed generating capacity of over 267.637 GW as of end March
2015 India became the world's third largest producer of electricity in the year
2013 with 4.8% global share in electricity generation surpassing Japan and
Russia.
Indian government focused on bringing about improvements in the State
Electricity Boards, the Indian market for switchgears is likely to post good growth
rates by 2020.
In the past 3 years, the market has grown at 15 per cent. If the trends continue, the
Indian switchgear market will be worth about Rs. 215 billion by FY 2017.

• The company is facing huge.
• No new customers.
• Due to the lack of employees, the company faces to meet the demand at time
and will tend to the loss of the valuable customers.

• Out date of technology
• The company is running in profit for the past 3 years and this may help it to
come out from the BIFR norms as sick. Unit and thereby build a good
growth.
• Lack of proper marketing facilities.
20. Raw material should be purchased at proper time.
The company should have a safety officer to make the employees aware about the
risk from wearing gloves etc. at job & provide their employees with safety tools.
By introducing a separate development for maintaining safety measure in the
concern.
Install another diesel generator.
Introducing new technology of production.
Install the latest machinery for improving the production process.
The government must provide more financial assistance to the company.
Participate the workers in the management the company. Make a workers
committee and quality circle in the company for discussing various problems
relating to the workers and the whole company.
