I am a very professional nurse with 14 years of experience. I have worked
in different services but the last 10 years only in the Adult Intensive care
service. I enjoy working and all days trying to improve and learn a little
more. I am hard working, easy going and have experience in managing
emergency care unit and intesive care units multidisciplinary teams.
I´m used to having a 2/3 beds nurse-ratio patients.
Some of the areas of my most expertise are:
- Administration of medications
- Oxigen therapy
- Recognize the normal EKG intervals in monitoring
- Post surgical patients of high risk from major surgery.
- Politraumatized patients.
- Extrarenal depuration techniques
- Coronary unit and severe cadiac pathologies, including
counterpulsation aortic balloon and ventricular assist devices
