Over the organization's 30-year history, the Public Justice Foundation has righted injustices committed by employers, manufacturing companies, pharmaceutical companies, and other entities.

The Access to Justice Campaign Fights for the People One tool wielded by Public Justice Foundation is the Access to Justice Campaign, a program to educate the general public and members of the legal community on the methods wrongdoers use to skirt accountability.The campaign also designs and implement legal tools to bring wrongdoers to justice through the courts.

Recently, the Federal Rights of Civil Procedure (FRCP) proposed changes that would make it more difficult for plaintiffs to bring civil litigation while easing regulations for corporate defendants.Thanks to the efforts of the Access to Justice Campaign and a number of other interested parties, the committee in charge of FRCP recently stated they are reconsidering the proposed changes.
