3. The 3rd. quarter has had a bumper harvest of new leaders. Arnold, June, Derick, Manny, Waseem & Adolfo get promoted to the UM level. All eyes on them now as they face the challenges ahead. Over 65 leads are being generated on the net every week through social media right now. This figure is all set to cross 100 leads a week. The website is country specific. Hence, it won't show the same in India for, the product range for Indian market is different and it ain't ready yet. We're in the 3rd. position in all three categories i.e. Sales, Growth & Asia Pacific Cup, in the run-up to ETL annual awards. How about making it to the top folks? We are in the process of re-inventing ourselves. And going global is the mantra. The deadline is 2020. Though the challenge is formidable for, the landscape is littered with corporate landmines threatening to blow us into smithereens, the potential gains are too tempting to resist for our souls. So, for the starry eyed fortune seekers, this is the time to show your talent, climb up the corporate ladder and stake your claims as high as you want. Yes, we could have stopped, settled down and played it safe…that's what most people would do. But, then that's not us. Folks, we've reached our moment of truth. Eyeing Australia, England, South Africa and India is not just about money. It's about who we are. It's about our Nirvana.
