Achieving Customer Satisfaction through Kanban Implementation
The project involved a challenge of migrating more than 50 years of Colombian Central Bank critical business data and ten years of developed ETL’s into completely new platform within ten-month restriction time.
We hypothesized a positive relationship between Kanban framework, engineering practices, team collaboration and project success. The model is based on a lean philosophy which focuses on continuous business benefits, explores how to avoid the risks and maximize the success.
