This December, Leading Teams Australia will be hosting the inaugural Elite Teams Award. The Elite Teams Award was created to recognise the teams and organisations who have best demonstrated the establishment of a high performance culture utilising the Leading Teams model.
At Leading Teams we help organisations develop strong professional relationships between all team members at all levels. The Leading teams model focuses on establishing a clear behavioural framework, or Trademark, that the team has identified are non-negotiable.
Through building strong professional relationships and establishing a behavioural framework the team is empowered to have an open, honest and constructive dialogue, between members, that leads to improved performance by increasing accountability. All of which, we believe, are essential to implementing a high performance culture.
Building a high performance culture requires dedication, effort, is long term and on-going. The Elite Teams Award is a reflection of the recipient’s commitment to improved team performance by developing strong professional relationships; adhering to an agreed behavioural framework; and having genuine conversations.
