  2. 2. The Chain of Command shows the connection between who gives instructions andwho receives them, ie connections between authority levels. On an OrganisationChart, the chain of command is shown by the LINE relationships for the business.Chains of Command can be LONG (many levels of workers involved) or SHORT (fewlevels of workers involved).
