  4. 4. Zinc and B6 deficiency What are some of the other signs and symptoms? Poor dream recall Dislike eating protein Easily upset by criticism Low morning appetite Internal rather than external focus White marks on fingernails Digestive problems
  5. 5. Symptoms may be mild or severe
  6. 6. People with the condition will experience some, but not all of the symptoms and signs
  7. 7. Highs and lows are experienced, with days, weeks or months of feeling well and periods where symptoms are strong
