I prepared this sales report on this home on 2525 Wolverton Ave Henderson NV. This is a 1576 sq ft home in Henderson that is a flip. It priced on the higher end of the market however it has new paint, carpet and granite. The home appears to be turn key.

The sales have been between 108,000 to 147,500. Given the condition I think 140,000 could be a realistic price on the home. Rents are between 1050 and 1300 per month. Realistic rent would be about 1200 per month.
