Consulting 101 <ul><li>Yr. 1 of EVOLVE kicks off with Consulting 101 </li></ul><ul><li>Consulting 101 is made up of 6 modules </li></ul><ul><ul><li>You & PB Working Together </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Knowledge Management </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Business Acumen </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Commercial Acumen </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Sustainability </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Client Relationship Management </li></ul></ul><ul><li>Module content is developed & facilitated by PB staff </li></ul><ul><li>Designed to assist graduates to better understand the role of a consultant at PB </li></ul>

Competency Journal <ul><li>Participants are provided with a Competency Journal </li></ul><ul><li>The journal encourages the user to record & reflect their experience as they develop skills </li></ul><ul><li>The competencies in the journal are derived from the Technical Professional Success Profile </li></ul><ul><ul><li>A Success Profile outlines the capabilities inherent in a particular role and the identifying behaviours around that capability </li></ul></ul><ul><li>Graduates may use the Competency Journal to document & present evidence when applying to have ‘Graduate’ dropped from their position title </li></ul>

EVOLVE – Years’ 2 & 3 <ul><li>Upon completion of Consulting 101, graduates have the opportunity to broaden their skills in the key areas: </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Project Management </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Introduction to Business Development </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Introduction to Leadership </li></ul></ul><ul><li>Graduates develop these skills via self-directed, e-Learning modules offered via the PB University Learning Portal </li></ul><ul><li>A blend of on-the-job experience and online learning provides flexibility & customisation </li></ul>

Industry Accreditation <ul><li>Graduates are encouraged to gain professional Chartership from their relevant industry body </li></ul><ul><li>PB offers financial assistance for memberships </li></ul><ul><li>Each region has a PDP Coordinator who is responsible for organising & promoting accreditation </li></ul><ul><li>Those actively involved in industry accreditation are exposed to a variety of work tasks & experiences </li></ul>
