Background In 2007 NES commissioned external scoping study to explore Scottish dental education <ul><ul><li>In 2009 NES identified funding for a 3 year project which would: </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>use existing academic staff expertise </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>provide additional clinical/academic & learning technology resources </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>provide pedagogical and technological support </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>initiate collaborative development of new digital resources </li></ul></ul>Positives Negatives 1.
