A: Yes. CI is a cloud app hosted on AWS, with a secured API to easily integrate with
your network.
Q: What is the cost?
A: The platform is licensed to you on an annual basis. The total cost of ownership is
equivalent to saving or redeploying a FTE or two annually. The licensing cost
covers ongoing support when you need it.
Q: The data and analytics cover GBS and the business end-to-end by
process and/or different business dimensions. We can isolate to GBS
only or combined with business data to analyze and evaluate. How?
A: CI uses two integrated modules: “Center” for GBS and “Enterprise” for the
business. The data collection process uses two different purpose-built methods
for Center and Enterprise. The data structure is designed to enable the
integrated analytics and eliminate blind spots.
Q: How or where do you get the resource and cost data? ERP? HR systems?
A: No. CI uses an efficient and highly automated template-driven process for
gathering the data. No IT involvement is required. By doing this you get 10x
more visibility and flexibility versus relying on ERP or HRIS data. The process
