YES YOU ARE<br />God has a specific plan and purpose for EACH of us<br />Ephesians 4v16<br />From Him (Christ) the whole body, joined and held<br />together by EVERY supporting ligament, grows and<br />builds itself up in love, as EACH part does its work<br />YOU have been chosen for God’s service, and YOU have a destiny which you, and only YOU can accomplish through the power of God <br />Me? Ordained?<br />

  17. 17. Through anointing our possessions we acknowledge that they were given to us by and belong to God</li></ul>Who/What can be Anointed?<br />
  18. 18. Kings were anointed to their position, for instance Saul and David<br /><ul><li>1 Samuel 10v1 – Saul is Anointed, for his special task and also to impart God’s grace and gifts upon him
  19. 19. David in Psalm 23 said ‘You anoint my head with oil, my cup overflows.’ </li></ul>Who/What can be Anointed?<br />
  20. 20. Māšîah(Heb) = ‘The Anointed One’<br />Christos (Gr) = ‘The Anointed One’<br />Do you see anything familiar in these 2 words?<br />The Anointed One<br />

Jesus was mentioned to be the head (Ephesians 4v15) of this intricate Body of Christ<br />He is the is the spearhead of what we as a church strive to obtain, as He was the perfect example to us<br />He was referred to as ‘The Anointed One’ because though the fulfillment of His purpose, we have all been given the opportunity to accomplish our own<br />We each have a calling and responsibility to ensure the seamless functionality of the Body <br />Jesus was destined to die for you and IIsaiah 61<br />
  22. 22. Pray God’s Blessing and Sanctification over someone in your group as you anoint their head with oil and acknowledge the purpose and power which God has given them through the anointing<br />Prayer<br />
