High Plains Uranium’s mission is to acquire established Uranium resources in Wyoming and Texas. High Plains
intends to acquire at least 100 million pounds of uranium, split between Wyoming and Texas, and to commence
production at an annual rate of at least 2 million pounds as rapidly as possible. Since its formation mid-2004, High
Plains has acquired inferred resources of 13 million pounds within a global resource of 50 million pounds.
High Plains Uranium (“High Plains”) is a private corporation incorporated in Idaho, April 2004 and recently
incorporated in New Brunswick, Canada, February 2005. The Company has 28.1M shares outstanding and
succeeded in raising ~$7.6M US in the past 9 months.
The focus of High Plains is to acquire 100 million pounds of ISL uranium drill-indicated reserves between
Wyoming and Texas through claim staking and leasing free ground & mining claims. The Company currently
controls inferred resources of 13 million lbs of uranium within a global resource of 50 million lbs U3O8.

Mr. Cooper was President and CEO of Kennecott
Corporation 1993 – 1997. He also held many other
notable executive positions with mining and resource
companies, including: Thunder Basin Coal, RTZ, Shell
Oil, Inspiration Consolidated and Ridgeway.
Jim Baughman, President & CEO, Director
Mr. Baughman has a B.Sc. in Geology and 25 years of
professional uranium mining experience through
Western Nuclear Exploration and as the manager for
MK Gold, 1996 – 2001.
John Ryan, Secretary, Director
Mr. Ryan holds a B.Sc. Mining Engineering and has
received his Juris Doctorate. He has extensive experience
with development stage companies through Cadence
Resource, Western Goldfields, Metalline Mining, Grand
Central Silver, Elite Logistics and Royal Silver Mines.
Mr. Ryan is also a former US Naval Officer.
Dan Gorski, VP Operations
Mr. Gorski holds both a B.Sc. in Geology, as well as an
MA Geology. He has built up his uranium experience
working with Occidental Minerals, Aquitaine, Getty
Minerals, Energy Fuels and Texas Oil & Gas. Mr. Gorski
is also the co-founder of Metalline Mining.
Kurt Hoffman, Director
Mr. Hoffman is the founder of Trend Mining Company
and a fourth generation miner with more than 10 years
experience in all phases of mining.
Howard Crosby, Director
Mr. Crosby is the President of Crosby Enterprises, Inc.
and President & CEO of Cadence Resources Corp. He
also has additional mining and exploration experience as
the Treasurer & Director of White Mountain Titanium
Corp.
Ishiung Wu, Director
Mr. Wu received his Ph.D. in Geology from Harvard
University. He has acquired thirty years mineral
exploration experience and has held a variety of
executive positions for various companies including
General Minerals, Chevron, & Exxon.
Jim Knox, Director,
Mr. Knox has received his B.Sc. Geology and is the
former President USMX Mining Inc. His forty-five years
mineral exploration & development experience includes
uranium experience through senior positions with
