-Deals with seismic resistant handicapped friendly administrative building
-Earthquake resistance building : Not earthquake proof but far better during
seismic activity than their conventional counterparts.
-Handicapped friendly Building : For efficient access and mobility to disables ones.
-Administrative Building : Public buildings designed for administrative purpose.

Plinth area covered: 6600sq.ft
Type of foundation: Combined Foundation
No. of storey: 5 excluding basement and machine room
Floor height: 10’ for all floors including basement
Type of sub-soil: Firm soil
Expansion joint: Expansion joints are provided
-To perform structural analysis of building.
-To design earthquake resistance and handicapped friendly administrative building.
-To assess the implication of Nepal building code and building byelaws
-Proposal Writing and defense
-Architectural drawing ; Plan , Elevations , Sections
-Preliminary Design of slabs and beams
-Detail Design and Reinforcement Detailing of Slabs
-SAP Modeling and Analysis
-Detail Design of Beams, Columns , Staircase ,Footing
-Economic and overall analysis of project
-Final report preparation and presentation
-Concept development for drawings was performed by visiting different administrative
-Seismic Resistant, Handicapped friendly concept and basic structural as well as building
requirement of office was evaluated consulting with various literatures, journal, buildings code
bye-laws as well as consulting with expertise
-The architectural building drawing was performed by using Autocad Software.
-The preliminary design of beams and slab as well as Detail design of slab was done by aid of
Indian Standard Code IS 456:2000

directions, deflects in the form of dish
