  3. 3. CURRICULUM VITAE KRZYSZTOFSOBOLEWSKI PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE I’ve started my professional career while still studying. I’ve worked part time for 3 years at a publishing company as a network administrator. After completing B.Sc., I’ve traveled to Henderson, NV, USA to work for Aldec Inc., a software company. I’ve spent there 10 months and wrote two books on the VHDL & Verilog simulation software for Xilinx. Afterwards, during the M.Sc. years, to learn new skills I’ve worked for 2 years as a local radio station host. In 2000, three months before graduating University with full honors as a No 1 student, I’ve joined ADB to become the CEO’s Assistant. After one year I have been appointed Deputy Director of HR and tasked with building a team of HR professionals. This period led to starting a training body within the company called ADB University. My team has also managed to organize an incentive trip to Hawaii for 200 employees. In August 2001 I’ve decide to come back to my engineering roots. Thus I moved within the organization to lead software and product development projects as Project Manager for ADB’s digital TV receivers. I have gradually led more complex projects to finally head several joint international projects with teams in ST (USA), Coresma (ISRAEL) and ADB (POLAND / TAIWAN) travelling to US for the final stages. From 2003, after moving to Taiwan and becoming Chairman’s Special Assistant for Special Projects, I’ve been tasked to analyze company’s business processes and provide technological improvements. I’ve established a software department: Systems and Data Analysis (SDA), which I lead till today, to build the Sales Planning, Margin Analysis and Order Tracking system called Business Tools. From 2004 my team has also been responsible for deployment and maintenance of MS Dynamics NAV ERP system comprised of 3 instances in Taiwan, Italy and Poland. --- On December 17, 2004 I have married my fiancée Iga in Taiwan. --- In 2005 I have been promoted to Director’s position and moved to Switzerland to continue the „special” projects for Chairman including:  Taking company public on SWX Swiss stock exchange in Zurich,  Working and establishing Employee Stock Options Plan  Managing 500 people incentive trip to Mexico In 2007 I have decided to move back to Poland and enjoy a bit of a family life with my then pregnant wife. This period led to the following new systems:  Technical Response Center – based on MS Dynamics CRM  Service Module for MS Dynamics NAV In September 2014 I joined MetaPack Poland to lead strategic projects as Board’s Proxy:  Organizing and heading an IT department  Deploying MS Office 365 cloud solution for entire MetaPack group.
