Performance Task-Salad Feast-Input • Each group will make 2 types of dressing: Vinaigrette and Mayonnaise as their base for their dressing • The group can modify the dressing. • Each group will make their own salad recipe that may match their dressings. 1 Salad per group. • The expenses of each group must not exceed to 350 pesos. • Detailed Recipe (Ingredients with unit and costing, Tools and Equipment needed and Procedure must be passed as scheduled. • Each learner must bring their own plate, spoon and fork for the salad feast day.

Performance Task-Salad Feast-Output • Each group will make 2 types of dressing: Vinaigrette and Mayonnaise as their base for their dressing • Each group will make their own salad recipe that may match their dressings. 1 Salad per group. 1 hr. Will be given for them to make and plate their salads. • Group Salads will be presented first then the class can begin their salad feast. • Each learner must bring their own plate, spoon and fork for the salad feast day. • No one will go home unless the kitchen is clean.
