  4. 4. After many searches, she finds an outdated post!
  5. 5. So she is directed to A 3rd party source And buys a theme. Installs the theme. Activates the theme. Views her home page.

  10. 10. Turns out she just wanted the featured image and author information to show on her blog posts.

  13. 13. So let’s say this is the blog post. The template is going to be Single.php
  14. 14. We open up single.php and using the cheat sheet, we know we want to use the “Get post thumbnail” code. We want that to be under the title of the blog post. We also want to get the author name. So we find that code, place it under the title and save. Upload the file. Just Like That, Your Theme Can Do That Too!

  17. 17. Copy the iframe and drop the code into the template file. Adjust the width to the same wid as the container and save. Upload and you have your template.
