  12. 12. Process Towards EvalVision 20/20 1. Consultative process began in September 2014 2. All VOPEs celebrating EvalYear are asked to consult and build their own positions on this agenda 3. The 4th International National Evaluation Capacities Conference in Thailand 26-30 October will provide input 4. The year will culminate with the EvalPartners 2nd Global Forum in Nepal in November 23-27, 2015 where representatives will convene and declare the Global Evaluation Agenda 2016-2020
