The project "Encourage, Engage, and Sustain Youth Club Participation" addresses a significant issue observed among university students. After initially joining TSC-based youth organizations, many students gradually became less active over time. This report outlines the purpose, procedures, results, and recommendations of our initiative aimed at re-igniting their interest and encouraging sustained participation in regular youth activities through effective initiatives as the organizations allow the participants to learn civic education, democratic methods, and soft skills. The project focused on identifying the reasons behind declining participation and implementing strategies to reignite interest. This involved conducting surveys, engaging in personal and group discussions, obtaining commitments from participants, visiting youth clubs, discussing with club authorities, and seeking recommendations from experienced individuals. The project aimed to empower students with the benefits of active club participation and ensure the sustainability of youth organizations. 38 university students and young individuals have been encouraged and committed successfully to be involved in regular youth and social activities of the youth clubs.
