systems and assistance for visiting students to DISAM on various issues such as password resets,

 Created in-depth documentation of trouble ticket resolutions for development and network

(RHP) facilitating with an ease-of-use internal repository of documents and reference items
 Worked directly with the Chief of AFRL/RHP to help promote and acknowledge the hard work and
exemplary commitment of the RHP division personnel by creating graphics for the ‘People of RHP’
rotating banner and highlighting in the ‘RHP Accomplishment’ area of the Intranet site with the
main goal of ‘focusing on the people of RHP’.
