Silabus Pelatihan:
The Power of LEADERSHIP and
SUPERVISORY Skills for Manajer and Supervisor
DESKRIPSI PELATIHAN (Durasi: 2 hari)
Perusahaan merupakan sebuah organisasi yang terstruktur dengan rapi untuk
mencapai tujuan tertentu. Karena bentuknya adalah struktur resmi, maka
perusahaan membutuhkan pemimpin yang berkompeten dalam mengatur semua
karyawan yang berada di bawahnya dan memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang
baik.
Kepemimpinan sendiri adalah sebuah seni atau gaya yang bisa dipelajari dan
dilatih oleh siapa saja. Di samping, kepemimpinan juga merupakan seni dalam
menggerakkan roda organisasi sehingga terus bergerak menuju ke arah yang
sudah ditetapkan sebelumnya.
Sudah menjadi tugas para pemimpin di perusahaan untuk membina dan
mengarahkan bawahannya agar selalu bekerja dengan baik dan benar.
Pemimpin yang baik juga harus bisa mengayomi dan melindungi bawahan,
memiliki keterampilan komunikasi yang baik dan asertif agar para karyawan
bawahannya merasa selalu nyaman dalam bekerja. Untuk mencetak pemimpin-
pemimpin perusahaan yang kompeten seperti ini, maka pilihan terbaik adalah
mengikuti pelatihan “Leadership and Supervisory Skill” ini, yang diyakini akan
sangat membantu menarik keluar jiwa kepemimpinan produktif dari dalam diri
para peserta.
Pelatihan ini juga akan memberikan pemahaman secara komprehensif tentang
isu-isu untuk manajemen dan pengawasan yang efektif, seperti perencanaan
proaktif, teknik komunikasi yang asertif dan hubungan dengan bawahan secara
tepat, serta manajemen waktu yang efektif, yang akan membantu
manajer/penyelia memahami bagaimana menggunakan kepemimpinan yang
produktif dengan teknik komunikasi asertif yang memikat.
TUJUAN dan MANFAAT PELATIHAN
Setelah mengikuti Pelatihan ini diharapkan para peserta dapat:
• Memahami dan mengembangkan keterampilan yang diperlukan oleh manajer dan
penyelia
• Mempelajari cara menetapkan tujuan dan merencanakan secara efektif dan efisien
• Mengembangkan kemampuan untuk membangun komunikasi asertif yang menarik
dan produktif
• Mengembangkan teknik interpersonal yang positif untuk hubungan yang lebih baik
dengan para karyawan.
• Meningkatkan kemampuan untuk membuat keputusan yang berkualitas
• Menerapkan konsep pembangunan tim, kinerja tim, dan motivasi
• Mempelajari cara membangun dan memelihara teknik manajemen waktu
• Memahami pentingnya standar kinerja, sasaran, dan tujuan
METODE PELATIHAN
Agar peserta dapat memahami secara komprehensif materi yang diberikan, maka
digunakan beberapa aspek metodologi pembelajaran, antara lain :
1. Secara Online Training, dilakukan :
 Penyajian/penyampaian materi secara online training,
 Dengan dukungan multimedia dan aplikasi tertentu,
 Membahas, mendiskusikan, dan mengevaluasi permasalahan dengan
model case study & discussion.
 Evaluasi pada akhir pelatihan mencakup kedalaman materi training, manfaat &
efektifitas training, serta rekomendasi dari peserta.
2. Secara Offline Training, dilakukan :
 Penyajian/penyampaian materi di dalam ruangan/kelas,
 Dengan dukungan multimedia, games & simulation/role-play,
 Membahas, mendiskusikan, dan mengevaluasi permasalahan dengan
model case study & discussion.
 Evaluasi pada akhir pelatihan mencakup kedalaman materi training, manfaat &
efektifitas training, serta rekomendasi dari peserta.

KANAIDI, SE., M.Si., cSAP
adalah seorang yang enerjik, humoris, dan sangat memotivasi. Berjiwa muda, sukses
beberapa kali sebagai Dosen Favorite di beberapa Perguruan Tinggi. Beliau suka
menulis dan sudah berhasil menerbitkan beberapa buku hasil karya beliau yang
telah dipublikasikan. Terlebih lagi beliau adalah seorang yang Certified di Bidang
Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) & System, Applications, and Product in Data
Processing (SAP).
Di samping itu, beliau adalah seorang praktisi yang berpengalaman lebih dari 30
tahun berkerja di salah satu Perusahaan BUMN di Indonesia, dengan berbagai posisi
jabatan: mulai dari Manajer UPT, Kepala Kantor di beberapa Kota di Indonesia s.d di
tingkat Kantor Pusat. Beliau juga menggeluti beberapa jenis bisnis yang juga sangat
inten berhubungan dengan Human Capital Management, Management of Training and
TNA, Business Agility Process, Coaching and Mentoring Skills, Motivating the People ala
Agile, Time Management, Assertive Communication Skill, dan Interpersonal and
Relationships Skills, serta keterkaitannya dengan Revolusi Industri 4.0 dan keberadaan
karyawan dari Generasi Millennial, dengan berbagai dilema yang dihadapi. Beliau juga
seorang Blogger yang rajin mengelola sedemikian banyak Blog dan website komersial,
yang menghasilkan passive income yang cukup spektakuler.
Beliau seorang Trainer dan Pemateri/Instruktur/Narasumber sudah digeluti selama 20-
an tahun dan telah sukses di beberapa kegiatan Training dan Workshop/Seminar di

Silabus Pelatihan: The Power of LEADERSHIP and SUPERVISORY Skills for Manajer and Supervisor DESKRIPSI PELATIHAN (Durasi: 2 hari) Perusahaan merupakan sebuah organisasi yang terstruktur dengan rapi untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu. Karena bentuknya adalah struktur resmi, maka perusahaan membutuhkan pemimpin yang berkompeten dalam mengatur semua karyawan yang berada di bawahnya dan memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik. Kepemimpinan sendiri adalah sebuah seni atau gaya yang bisa dipelajari dan dilatih oleh siapa saja. Di samping, kepemimpinan juga merupakan seni dalam menggerakkan roda organisasi sehingga terus bergerak menuju ke arah yang sudah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Sudah menjadi tugas para pemimpin di perusahaan untuk membina dan mengarahkan bawahannya agar selalu bekerja dengan baik dan benar. Pemimpin yang baik juga harus bisa mengayomi dan melindungi bawahan, memiliki keterampilan komunikasi yang baik dan asertif agar para karyawan bawahannya merasa selalu nyaman dalam bekerja. Untuk mencetak pemimpin- pemimpin perusahaan yang kompeten seperti ini, maka pilihan terbaik adalah mengikuti pelatihan “Leadership and Supervisory Skill” ini, yang diyakini akan sangat membantu menarik keluar jiwa kepemimpinan produktif dari dalam diri para peserta. Pelatihan ini juga akan memberikan pemahaman secara komprehensif tentang isu-isu untuk manajemen dan pengawasan yang efektif, seperti perencanaan proaktif, teknik komunikasi yang asertif dan hubungan dengan bawahan secara
  • 2. tepat, serta manajemen waktu yang efektif, yang akan membantu manajer/penyelia memahami bagaimana menggunakan kepemimpinan yang produktif dengan teknik komunikasi asertif yang memikat. TUJUAN dan MANFAAT PELATIHAN Setelah mengikuti Pelatihan ini diharapkan para peserta dapat: • Memahami dan mengembangkan keterampilan yang diperlukan oleh manajer dan penyelia • Mempelajari cara menetapkan tujuan dan merencanakan secara efektif dan efisien • Mengembangkan kemampuan untuk membangun komunikasi asertif yang menarik dan produktif • Mengembangkan teknik interpersonal yang positif untuk hubungan yang lebih baik dengan para karyawan. • Meningkatkan kemampuan untuk membuat keputusan yang berkualitas • Menerapkan konsep pembangunan tim, kinerja tim, dan motivasi • Mempelajari cara membangun dan memelihara teknik manajemen waktu • Memahami pentingnya standar kinerja, sasaran, dan tujuan METODE PELATIHAN Agar peserta dapat memahami secara komprehensif materi yang diberikan, maka digunakan beberapa aspek metodologi pembelajaran, antara lain : 1. Secara Online Training, dilakukan :  Penyajian/penyampaian materi secara online training,  Dengan dukungan multimedia dan aplikasi tertentu,  Membahas, mendiskusikan, dan mengevaluasi permasalahan dengan model case study & discussion.  Evaluasi pada akhir pelatihan mencakup kedalaman materi training, manfaat & efektifitas training, serta rekomendasi dari peserta. 2. Secara Offline Training, dilakukan :  Penyajian/penyampaian materi di dalam ruangan/kelas,  Dengan dukungan multimedia, games & simulation/role-play,  Membahas, mendiskusikan, dan mengevaluasi permasalahan dengan model case study & discussion.  Evaluasi pada akhir pelatihan mencakup kedalaman materi training, manfaat & efektifitas training, serta rekomendasi dari peserta. SASARAN PESERTA Pelatihan ini sangat cocok diikuti oleh para Manajer, Supervisor, Leader, Foreman, atau karyawan lain yang ingin meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mengenai “Leadership and Supervisory Skill” ini.

Leadership skills required - Identification of management and supervisory leadership skills - Challenges supervisors face in dynamic, changing organizations - Identifying the life cycle of organizations - The role of leadership in today’s successful organizations with problem solving and decision making - Understanding the role of strategic management in leadership and delegating - The importance in leadership of a customer focus 3. Leadership performance and styles - The characteristics of an effective leader - New Leadership Theory - Types of leadership 4. Importance of goal setting and planning management - Developing goals and objectives that align with the company’s business plan - Integrating goals, scope, work structure and management planning - Developing a concept of planning based on standardized principles - Identifying the role of stakeholders in effective planning - Using a planning process to set planning goals and get work started - Integrating initiating objectives, scope, work structure, and management planning 5. Time management and assertive communication as effective disciplines - Determining how person’s style of work affects time management - Using a process to identify time issues and solutions to the issues - Learning how empowerment is used in time management - Importance of assertive communication methods - Learning the impact of verbal and non-verbal communication - Developing an active listening communication style 6. How new managers/supervisors build effective interpersonal interactions and team work building - Characteristics of interpersonal interaction for individuals - Identification of the personal interaction styles - Individual strengths and challenges of interpersonal interaction styles - Successful interpersonal interaction develops trust and interpersonal work group dynamics - Stages of team development and the supervisor’s role in each - Understanding how people work better using varied interaction types
