  • What are the choices? We started small and had to keep hiring more and more reps to handle the leads. At what point does it stop. To properly handle our lead volume, we need a BDC department of 80-90 representatives. Is that even realistic? For us, no. I realized that we needed help ASAP or else we were just skimming the top of what is possible for our department.
