2. New Orleans native, Dr. Debra B. Morton is a charismatic leader, author, visionary and
entrepreneur who serves diligently alongside her husband, Bishop Paul S. Morton, Sr.,
as Senior Pastor of Greater St. Stephen Full Gospel Baptist Church in New Orleans,
LA and Co-Pastor of Changing A Generation Full Gospel Baptist Church in Atlanta,
GA, two internationally renowned and thriving ministries.
She also serves as the General Overseer of the women’s division and the Daughters
Of The Promise of the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship International. As General
Overseer, she guides and ministers to more than 20,000 women globally.
Dr. Morton’s sphere of influence profoundly expanded far beyond local pastorate in
1987 when she founded the Greater Women of Excellence Ministry (WOE). As the
founder of WOE, Dr. Morton nurtured thousands of women and hosted motivational
conferences annually for over 15 years.
In 1993, Debra B. Morton was ordained as an elder and earned the ground breaking
distinction as one of the first ordained female elders to preach in a Baptist pulpit. It
was her gregarious personality that garnered her local and national popularity with
her television and radio talk shows, “Morning Coffee” where discussions of everyday
life were infused with spiritual application. It was then Dr. Morton proclaimed “Jesus
is better than a cup of coffee; He is Lord”.
A Stellar Award nominee and James Cleveland award winner, Dr. Morton has gone
on to executive produce an album and many songs, author several books, launch a
fragrance line, open a troubled teen girls home and assist her husband rebuild and
expand a great ministry.
Of all of her many accomplishments, Dr. Morton takes greatest pride in these: her
personal relationship with Jesus Christ, her role as a wife, mother of three children
– Jasmine (Elvin), Paul Jr.(Kortni), and Christiann (Julian) – and grandmother of little
Elvin, London Paul, Jakai, Paul S. Morton, III, and Peyton.
Her eternal goal is to tear down the kingdom of darkness as she prophetically brings
light to all who will hear her.

B A ILEY HINTON
Gospel Artist | “Tom Cat” YouTube Sensation
When you hear the words “Gospel Music” many things come to mind. Of which Bailey
Hinton has obtained over the last 18 years. Good Singing, Minister, psalmist, artist,
anointed… The list goes on.
Over the course of Hinton’s career, he has played and sang for numerous prominent
names in Gospel music, The Clark Sisters, Eddie James, Canton Jones, Vickie Winans,
Bishop Lester Love, Paul S. Morton to name a few. He has been groomed by some of the
finest voices you hear today in order to be the best that God has designed him to be.
Growing up in the Small town of Picayune Mississippi, Hinton started singing and playing
early on in the church. From there he has won many awards for his vocal skills and on his
way to receiving many others. However; for Hinton it’s not the awards that make it worth
doing. It is the understanding that there are hurting people and a dying generation that
he knows he must reach in order to please God.
Hinton at the age of 19 moved to the state of Florida. Where he knew that it would be a
challenge to take care of himself, But he heard the voice in the wilderness and proceeded
to answer to it. From there Hinton’s life began to take a turn for destruction. He became
homeless and even went as far as trying suicide on multiple occasions. Feeling like he was
worth little to nothing, he literally gave up on life. Something miraculous happened in his
life and it began to turn around.
Hinton started an online movement through what many of us in here today know him a
little better by, Talking Tom (Tom Cat). After his first Talking Tom video “Thank You Lord”
went viral in the fall of 2012, he heard another cry in the wilderness for mixing laughter
and ministry together. That video got over 100.000 shares on fb alone. In his second video
“Without God” gaining over 200,000 views, people began to want to find out who this
guy was behind the voice. Not so much because he could sing, but because the anointing
that was behind Tom Cat was so strong. Hinton Said, “One time a lady messaged me
and said, ‘it has been over 22 years since I have spoken with my sister and after watching
your video I have felt convicted to call her and get things right with her’ that was the most
amazing testimony I had ever heard. From there I knew there was something more to this
cat than just his high pitchy squeaky voice. So I have continued on.”
Hinton now, at the young age of 24, is embarking on his new project entitled, “Restored”
to be released in the winter of 2015. Be sure you are on the lookout for this young man of
God for he is truly on a path to a successful servant hood.
