  2. 2. Good Christian people, let us now pray for the saving presence of our living God.
  3. 3. In this world: Christ is risen.
  4. 4. In the places where we live: Christ is risen.
  5. 5. In our faith communities: Christ is risen.
  6. 6. In this gathering: Christ is risen.
  7. 7. In the online world: Christ is risen.
  8. 8. In the hearts of all faithful people: Christ is risen.
  9. 9. Today we pray for each other, as we leave this place, and go back to the work and play of our lives.
  10. 10. For expectations not met: God have mercy.
  11. 11. For grievances not resolved: God have mercy.
  12. 12. For wounds not healed: God have mercy.
  13. 13. For anger not dissolved: God have mercy.
  14. 14. For gifts not given: God have mercy.
  15. 15. For this portion of our lifelong pilgrimages which we have made together: Thanks be to God.
  16. 16. For friendships made, celebrations enjoyed, and moments of nurture: Thanks be to God.
  17. 17. For wounds healed, expectations met, gifts given, promises kept: Thanks be to God.
  18. 18. For trust and confidence shared; for times of good humor and moments of gentle leadership:. Thanks be to God.
  19. 19. To continue the journey with new friends, new adventures, new gifts to give and receive:. Go in peace.
  20. 20. To offer wisdom and experience, competence and compassion, in the ministries to which we are called: Go in peace.
  21. 21. In faith, hope, and love: Go in peace.
  22. 22. Your own prayers are invited at this time:
  23. 23. Now, we pray, be with us; and grant that all of us, by drawing ever nearer to you, may always be close to each other in the communion of your saints. Amen.
