All customers must submit account information forms with order. Rowallan updates
all information periodically. We appreciate your understanding and assistance in
providing your current information annually.
All new customers must prepay for the first 3 orders before applying for credit terms.
All items below $30 have a minimum quantity order of 2 per color in each style.
Minimum order $750; reorder $250

Credit card payment is required for all new accounts. We accept MasterCard, Visa,
American Express or Discover.

PRODUCT RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
Undamaged returned merchandise is accepted only with a return authorization,
within 7 days of the order’s delivery. Undamaged returned merchandise may be
subject to a 15% restocking fee.
