  4. 4. SWOT Analysis Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats  Is the method of assessing the advantages and disadvantages of a business in the face of potential threats and opportunities.
  5. 5. Two Perspectives of Analysis Internal Factors (Strengths and Weaknesses) - Evaluation of the internal environment External Factors (Opportunities and Threats) - These make up the factors that can affect a company’s performance from the outside
  6. 6. POSITIVE FACTORS (Strengths & Opportunities) •These are the good aspects about a company that the analysis will show. •It can also determine the factors that the company can still improve on.
  7. 7. NEGATIVE FACTORS (Weaknesses & Threats) • These are the aspects that a businessman must watch out for because weaknesses and threats can pose danger to the stability of the company.
