  1. 1. 20 Minute Breaks _____________________________________________________  Use a timer and set it for 20 minutes.  When the timer goes off – stop and do a relaxation/movement activity.  Record how you felt.  Repeat. Suggested relaxation/movement activities:Go get a cup/glass of water Listen to one of your favorite songsTake a five minute walk Deep breathe for five minutesDo some yoga or stretches Draw somethingEat a piece of fruit Go to the restroomRoll your shoulders Stretch your jaw/neckMeditate for five minutes Write a positive affirmationDraw something with your non-dominant hand Make your own list of relaxation/movement  Be you.
