Jaipur Shopping Festival is an initiative of Patrika Group that seeks to position Jaipur from a tourist destination to a shopping paradise. Starting from Navratras to Diwali Jaipur becomes a city full of festive fervor and shopping becomes an intrinsic part of this celebration.
The 2014 edition of Jaipur Shopping Festival will be launched on 27th September. The shopping festival will be staging exciting activities and offer comprehensive festive experience through its unique blend of shopping, winning, family entertainment and leisure options. The festival will last for over a month and conclude with Diwali festival on 23rd October.
Jaipur Shopping Festival is a platform created to facilitate the unified effort of all the business associations, vypaar mandals, corporate houses and citizen of Jaipur to establish the brand – Jaipur.
It is a business ecosystem created to energize the city and activate various stake holders to drive the economy towards individual participant’s and the city’s growth.
The professional umbrella structures footfalls by unique discount schemes with lots of cross promotion schemes and a mega lucky draw. There is something for everyone. Festivities, fervor, prizes and jubilation enhance the celebration spread over a month. The festival is conceived to capture the fancy of the shopper.

During JSF the participating bazaars & malls of Jaipur remain flooded with shoppers trying to make the most of the shopping bonanza, resulting in thousands of crores of retail business. With promotional offers and discounts at 11 major bazaars consisting of 7,000+ retailers, draws and prizes worth in lacs, including cars, two-wheelers, mobiles, and more than 15 indoor and outdoor events during the 30-day festival in 2013 led to noticeable growth in retail business in Jaipur during the festive season.
JSF has certainly become an engine of growth and diversification for Jaipur’s retail industry, adding hundreds of crores in revenue this year, and giving the retail business a big push upwards during the festive season.
