  9. 9. INTERVENTION TO IMPROVE EFFICACY <ul><li>GM (Pricing) to hold pricing Workshop at each State Office. </li></ul><ul><li>Ensuring complete in-depth, thorough knowledge on the subject, policies and procedures related to the responsibilities of the concerned employees </li></ul>
