The Kleeneze option
In today's society, a secure income - a job for life - may no longer be available from conventional employment. If you have suffered redundancy, and particularly if you are over 40, you may know how difficult this can be. Most people will admit to being dissatisfied with their level of income, especially in relation to the free time they enjoy.
The current trend of working from home, part-time working and job-sharing is an indication of how many people wish to escape the "employment trap".

  1. 1. BULLETIN 17.09.10 Issue 36WHO’S GOING TO DO THE DOUBLE? As this is the last period of qualification for Hong Kong, and the first for New York, we have two lessons from Master Confucius this week: Confucius say: “If I am walking with two other men, each of them will serve as my teacher. I will pick out the good points of the one and imitate them and the bad points of the other and correct them in myself”. If you are still in with a chance to get to Hong Kong, what are the good and bad points you have learnt along the way that will help you to qualify this Period? If you have missed out, what have you learned along the way that will help you review your planning and begin qualification for New York?Remember, what you achieve whilst trying to qualify for Kleeneze destinations can only have a positive effect on your business. If you are no longer within reach of Hong Kong, don’t worry as Period 10 is now the first on the road to qualification for ournew 2011 destination, New York!Confucius say: “The first step is half the journey”.If you start out right by setting your goals for qualification for New York, then you’re all set to meet the criteria. To help you along the way Kleeneze has recruited someone who knows all about reaching for the sky! You may have noticedon our destination website, www.newyork2011.co.uk, that we have managed to enlist none other than the Statue ofLiberty to give us an insight into life in New York and to share her advice along the way.Lady Liberty will have her own regular feature in EWB as well as her blog on the New York website. You can also follow her onTwitter, (KleenezeNYC2011) where she gives regular updates. PERIOD 10 REALLY IS A CROSSROADS, AS WE SEE ONE LAST PUSH FOR HONG KONG, AND A NEW BEGINNING FOR NEW YORK! 560-068-02
  2. 2. ACCEPT & DELIVER - YOUR 2 STEPS TO SUCCESS! The new Kleeneze TV campaign hitting screens through September is breaking all previous records and attracting hundreds of catalogue enquiries every day! We need to ensure that all of these potential customers receive the excellent service our distributor network has built up over many years by getting a catalogue to them in double-quick time. We already know that people who text in a response to the ad and receive a catalogue the same day, naturally think, “what great service is that!” and their delight then shows in the distributor’s retail sales. They are also more likely to remain a regular customer! So how can you help yourself to getting a new customer for life? YOUR By responding as quickly as you can to catalogue request emails we forward to the SALES LEADnearest active distributors who have placed orders in the previous 4 weeks and then getting a catalogue to that EMAILcustomer straight away!To guarantee that this enquiry won’t go to anybody else, click on the “YES. Please click here...”option within 48 hours of receipt; otherwise the enquiry willtime out and be offered to the next nearest qualifying distributor.Successful retailers in the network tell us that getting the catalogue to thecustomer as quickly as possible is very important and increases the chance of themplacing an order, so don’t delay!! The first 500 distributors who received catalogue requests were surveyed and we found that TV Campaign - Catalogue Requests they received some great first orders: What was the value of the order? Answer Options Response Stephen & Marion Dean from Essex - When I received the text from HQ I was in the local Percent shop purchasing a bottle of wine for Sunday lunch and the address given was about 200 Up to £5 2.7% metres from where I was. So on my way home I called at the address and presented the Between £5 and £10 13.5% catalogue to the customer, who was impressed and amazed as only 15 minutes had passed Between £10 and £20 32.4% since she made contact with HQ! I explained where I was and that I lived nearby, left the Between £20 and £30 21.6% catalogue with her for three days and picked up an order on Wednesday for £15.20. The £30+ 29.7% following Monday, I delivered goods to one very happy customer who is expecting another catalogue in 4 weeks time. This request was promptly responded to as it was from ’The Manor’ - surrounded by high walls and remote control gates! We had blanketed the area previously but had not included ’The Manor’ in the drop. The result of this request was an order for £150.00 which will be delivered seven days after the request. Frank Rendle from SuffolkNEW SEASON, NEW COVER, NEW ITEMS!This week sees the release of Issue 2 (cover change) of the Autumn/Winteredition of both the Kleeneze Main Book and Health and Beauty. The front covers of both catalogues show BRAND NEW ITEMS! The Main Bookhas the amazing Roasting Roll with free Extra Large Oven Bags, ideal for theChristmas turkey! The cover of Health and Beauty shows the Smokey Eyes Beauty Cube, containingeverything you need to create 3 seductive looks, complete with step-by-stepguide and at a whopping 60% off RRP off the individual products!Launching these in September gives you the chance to make the most of these Wgreat new front cover products during the season ahead. BAG YOUR NE TER AUTUMN/WIN !Don’t forget, your catalogues are your shop window and the most up-to-date are CATALOGUESgood for business! Distributor information Please note, there has been a minor amendment to the Distributor Agreement that will come into play from 1 October 2010. The amendment states: “In order to remain an ‘active distributor’ you must personally place a minimum of one chargeable order to a minimum value of 50 bonus points with Kleeneze at least once out of three consecutive Sales Periods. This excludes any charges for services such as Internet and Ezereach. If you do not meet this requirement you will be then placed on Inactive status.” 17.09.10 Issue 36 ENTERPRIZE WEEKLY BULLETIN
  3. 3. YOUR STARTER (GUIDE) FOR 10!The 10% Bonus represents the very first target for all distributors and provides an additional cashboost, but how do you get there? In order to qualify you need to reach 650 Bonus Points in any Period. The simplest way of doing this is to sell £200 worth of Kleeneze productsevery week for 4 weeks. That isn’t £200 of retail profit, but £200 catalogue price. This will guarantee 650 Bonus Points needed to achieve the10% Bonus.Look at these 2 examples of how a distributor can earn. One Distributor is aiming for the 10% Bonus, the other is not. DISTRIBUTOR ONE DISTRIBUTOR TWO Distributor 1 has decided to drop 100 catalogues Distributor 2 IS aiming for the 10% Bonus. He/she over a week. knows that to achieve this, she will need to drop 200 catalogues 100 x over a week. 200 x For every 100 catalogues dropped, he/she should sell For every 200 catalogues dropped, he/she should sell around £100 worth of products. around £200 worth of Kleeneze products. 100 x = £100 200 x = £200 Distributor 1 keeps this up for every week in Period 11, Distributor 2 also does this every week in Period 11, thus selling £400 worth of Kleeneze products. thus selling £800 worth of Kleeneze products. 100 x 4 = £400 WEEKS 200 x 4 = £800 WEEKS At the end of Period 11, Distributor 1 has earned £84 At the end of the same Period, Distributor 2 has in retail profit and 340 Bonus Points. earned £168 in retail profit and 680 Bonus Points. £400 =£84 = 340 BP RETAIL PROFIT £800 =£168= 680 BP RETAIL PROFIT In order to achieve the 10% Bonus, you need to Distributor 2 however has earned 680 BP, well over achieve 650 BP in a single period. the 650 BP required. This means he/she has got her With only 340 BP Distributor 1 has missed out!! 10% BONUS. Well done Distributor 2!! 340 BP = 10% BONUS 680 BP = 10% BONUS !! Let’s look at what each distributor has earned. Remember, Distributor 2 has dropped exactly twice the amount of catalogues as Distributor 1. Distributor 2, having retailed exactly twice the In Period 11, Distributor 1 amount as Distributor 1 has earned £168 in retail earned £84 retail profit, profit but because he/she reached that magical 650 but £0 Volume Profit. Bonus Points, gets £51.19. £84 + £0 = £84 £168 +£51. 9= £219.19 1 APPROX THIS MEANS DISTRIBUTOR 2 EARNS 160% MORE THAN DISTRIBUTOR 1, EVEN THOUGH HE/SHE ONLY DID 100% MORE RETAIL. IT PAYS TO REACH YOUR 10% BONUS.ENTERPRIZE WEEKLY BULLETIN Issue 36 17.09.10
