  2. 2. 2 AC/ESS Background Began in 2007 to address decreasing sobriety data and barriers experienced by patients…  Self-employed or cannot take off from work  Employees who must frequently travel for work or work second and third shifts  Employees or military personnel stationed outside the U.S.  Individuals lacking transportation (i.e. lost their driver’s license, experienced car trouble, encountered poor weather conditions, could no afford gas prices)  Individuals living in small towns and rural settings without access to local treatment facilities  Parents or legal guardians who cannot obtain childcare  Individuals with limited mobility or physical disabilities  Individuals with co-occurring mental health disorders 2
  3. 3. 3 AC/ESS O n l i n e P r o g r a m s O f f e r e d Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) • 6 weeks long • 9-10 hours per week • 1.5 hour synchronous group sessions on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings (4.5 hours total) • 4.5 hours online completing modules and daily, guided group discussions • Synchronous individual session each week Family Intensive Treatment (FIT) • 4 weeks long • 5 hours per week • Daily, guided group discussions • Synchronous group session each week • Synchronous individual session each week Continuing Care (CC) • 6-12+ months in duration • 1 hour per week minimum • Asynchronous relapse prevention modules • After completion of on ground programs (residential, IOP, OP) 3
