How to use KAWO

  3. 3. KAWO is a social media management tool that makes it easy to pull and repurpose your existing content on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram onto Chinese social media. © COPYRIGHT 2014 KAWO
  4. 4. Logging into your KAWO account takes you to your central dashboard. © COPYRIGHT 2014 KAWO
  5. 5. The statuses of posts are labeled. posts have been successfully published on Chinese social media. PUBLISHED means a post is going viral, andHOT posts have just been pulled into the platform.NEW means you should check your post again for sensitive words. FLAGGED © COPYRIGHT 2014 KAWO
  6. 6. If you have more than 1 account, click on your brand name to switch. Switch easily from one account to the other. © COPYRIGHT 2014 KAWO
  7. 7. To invite team members to manage the KAWO backend, click the edit button. Here you can edit your name, logo, social media accounts attached, and users who can edit. © COPYRIGHT 2014 KAWO
  8. 8. Clicking “New Post” lets you create a post directly on KAWO. • Edit in English or Chinese • Upload an image or add an emoji • Choose to post on Sina Weibo, Tencent, or both • Post now or schedule a time © COPYRIGHT 2014 KAWO
  9. 9. To see how a published post looks on Weibo, click the arrow and “View on Sina Weibo” on the dropdown menu. A new window will open with the post on Sina. This tells you where a post was made - directly from Sina or via the KAWO platform © COPYRIGHT 2014 KAWO
  10. 10. Hover your mouse above a post and click the magnifying glass to enlarge an image. The status of each post is on the upper right hand corner. indicates a popular post. HOT © COPYRIGHT 2014 KAWO
  11. 11. Clicking “edit post” allows you to edit the English or Chinese of a post, as well as the source of a post. Posts can be edited or deleted before publication by clicking the arrow. © COPYRIGHT 2014 KAWO
