Priority tasking continued• Any work day should include a mixture of A-, B- and C-tasks!• Plan a selection of tasks that you can realistically achieve in the work day• Spread the three types of tasks throughout the day, i.e. intersperse blocks of concentration (for A-tasks) with periods of less demanding B- and C-tasks
  6. 6. • Important to allocate the most demanding tasks of the day when u are at mental and physical peak!
