Make peace with the past <ul><li>We share our stories on how we got here </li></ul><ul><li>We consider the concept of ‘Right or Wrong’ </li></ul><ul><li>We examine the various aspects of our life and determine what needs our attention </li></ul><ul><li>We observe the various elements of our identity, beliefs and begin to understand how a change of perspective can resolve life’s challenges </li></ul><ul><li>We better understand our various roles and relationships </li></ul><ul><li>We identify and resolve anything that stops us from being OK with the past </li></ul><ul><li>We celebrate our new found sense of peace </li></ul>

Stabilise the Now <ul><li>We examine our past 3 months bank statements to determine our actual expenses </li></ul><ul><li>We set a new and realistic accrual budget </li></ul><ul><li>We consider the resources that are currently available to us such as: </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Family and Friends </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Lifeline </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Salvation Army </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Banks </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Centrelink </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Debt Solutions Experts </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Counselling and other personal support </li></ul></ul>
