  2. 2. Case #1 2 Energy Square Prosthodontics www.energysquaredental.ca  Patient presented with 2 upper front teeth missing and 2 malformed teeth next to the missing teeth. The malformed teeth were extracted and 2 dental implants place in the extraction site. The missing teeth were restored with a fixed bridge attached to the implants. Dental Implant here
