LIFELINES: Berrocal+time+space+people PROBLEM SETTING - WHY? · Need for contextualization of works of art in museum experiences. · People like/dislike artwork but lack background info to understand it. · Timelines: practical, but boring & static. One time, stand-alone pieces. · Audioguides: long & boring, uncomfortable, isolate people, disable hands.

LIFELINES: Berrocal+time+space+people OBJECTIVE - WHAT? · Contextualize Berrocal’s artwork. · Focalize on the artist’s social dimension. · Provide a thematic rationale for organizing the visit. · Show the relations between Berrocal, people, places & things through tangible & visual interfaces. FEATURED CONTENT Berrocal (art+legacy+technique+exhibits) People (mentors+art dealers+artists+friends) Places World (historic events) Culture (music+trends+ideas)

Overview Map. Quick exhibit browsing. Bookmark highlights, ‘don’t miss…’ Intros & Recaps. Entrance points: general context / Exit points: visual room summary. Installation. Space where the experience is expanded, deepened & re-contextualized. Souvenir. The ‘big picture’ of the visitor’s interactions: sum of recaps. Website. Supports before and after stages of the experience.
