  3. 3. Why organize? <ul><ul><li>Time is used most effectively when: </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Your workplace is convenient and uncluttered. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>All supplies are within easy reach. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>All tools and materials are in good condition </li></ul></ul>
  4. 4. Become a time manager <ul><li>Organize </li></ul><ul><li>Use calendars for scheduling </li></ul><ul><li>Prioritize </li></ul><ul><li>Make to-do lists </li></ul>
  5. 5. Why use calendars? <ul><li>Calendars allow you to identify free time and schedule work time. </li></ul><ul><li>You may want to use more than one, depending on your needs. </li></ul>
  6. 6. Monthly calendars <ul><li>Obtain a calendar with large blocks for each day of the month and enter: </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Test dates </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Due dates </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Important events </li></ul></ul>
