WALTON ASHWOOD Walton Ashwood is a 160-unit apartment community located on a

and amenity package that effectively utilized the small site and that

Site Planning
Landscape Design An efficient site plan was developed to include a four-story building,
Pool/Amenity Design two parking decks and an amenity area. Comprehensive landscape

Signage statement, on-site signage, a resort-style pool with water feature, a
gazebo made of hand hewn wood, and an outdoor cooking kitchen

condo offerings in the area, it was important for Ashwood to have the
Outdoor Fireplace right presence and an exceptional amenity package.
Special attention was paid to designing a pool deck that takes full
advantage of sun exposure and to accommodating water drainage in
the pool area.

swimming pool and raised vegetable gardens for everyone.
WALTON LAKES Walton Lakes and The Legacy at Walton Lakes is a 430-unit
Family & Senior Apartments apartment community on 85+ acres in South Fulton County. Walton
South Fulton County, Atlanta, GA Lakes offers market-rent apartments for all ages. The Legacy at
85.83 Acres Walton Lakes offers age-restricted apartments, a portion of which
304 Units/126 Units
are tax-credit.

Site Planning Josh Winter worked with Walton Communities to develop an amenity-

Pool/Amenity Design landscape plans included streetscape design and detailing for a

Bocce Court Josh was able to save 8+ acres of old growth forest and is working

This shopping center serves as a dynamic ‘front-door’ to a new, mixed-use
development. Pedestrian spaces that link transitions between residential
and commercial uses creates a highly walkable community.

Josh Winter worked with Walton Communities to develop a liveable,

center as a whole.

placement of site furnishings, and location of plantings that provide
color, shade and buffers throughout the shopping center.

pleasant, user-friendly and functional.
