  2. 2. About Me<br />Josh Lim<br />March 20, 1993<br />Filipino with American Citizenship<br />Born and raised in San Diego, CA.<br />Lived in Spain for three years. <br />Lived here in Bangkok for 3 years.<br />Will be attending CSU Long Beach. <br />

  4. 4. Habitat for Humanity Build<br />Worked seven hours constructing the floor of a house. <br />Tremendous amount of time, sweat, and effort. <br />Fulfilled a hard day’s <br /> work, and <br /> learned more about <br /> myself. <br />
  5. 5. Emotion<br />Something I had to do, never wanted. <br />Emotional Energy<br />Emotion as a source<br /> of knowledge.<br />
  6. 6. IASAS Soccer 2010<br />Chosen as a backup for my teammate.<br />Conflicting emotions distorting my perception.<br />Kept a cool, calm, and collected attitude for when I eventually got a chance to prove myself. <br />
  7. 7. Perception and Emotion<br />Perception distorted by emotional coloring. <br />Ended up considering my emotions as an obstacle to knowledge.<br />Figure and Ground Illusion<br />I thought about myself before the team, when I should always put the team first. <br />
