Audience Feedback 2

 1. 1. Audience Feedback By Sean Firman & Joseph Nathan
 2. 2. What we did

We uploaded our main task, radio advert and posters to the blog for people to view

We created a survey using the website survey monkey so audiences could fill them out online for feedback

We posted a note on Facebook asking people to watch and rate our film

 3. 3. The Blog We use the blog as our official film’s website with the address of the site advertised on our posters too. There people could watch our main task, listen to our radio advert or look at more posters if they haven’t already done so. The survey was also available on the blog and we urged people to take it for some feedback.
 4. 4. Survey Monkey Survey monkey is a website which can be used to create and upload surveys. It can also be used to analyze the results and present them in pie charts or graphs.
 5. 5. Facebook To ensure we would get sufficient responses we decided to post a note on Facebook asking people to take our survey for feedback. This was very helpful as a very large proportion of people go on Facebook and therefore we could get results which are representative of the population.
 6. 6. What is your Gender
 7. 7. Specify your Age
 8. 8. Please state the aspects of the film you enjoyed
 9. 9. Please state the aspects of the film you did not find particularly about the film
 10. 10. How well would you rate our advertising in presenting an accurate picture of the film
 11. 11. How well did our advertising campaign attract you
 12. 12. Are there any aspects of the film you could relate to? If yes please specify
 13. 13. What changes would you recommend
 14. 14. Do you have any other comments you would like to state
 15. 15. What we learned

That the film is relatable to people between 12-18

There was an equal split in gender watching our film

There were mixed feelings about the club scenes and comments about it being repetitive

The voiceover also got mixed reviews even the audience like how the tension was building

 16. 16. Focus Group

Because we only had a small number of feedback we decided to have a focus group for more data

We showed the movie to a group of 15 people, 9 females and 4 males

They said they enjoyed it and especially relate to the fear of unprovoked violence

They also liked the advertising, in particular the radio Advert

However some people felt the scenes where it was only black were to long and there was a lack of focus when people watched it

 17. 17. From the feedback we received what changes can we consider of doing

Add moving image during the voiceovers

People wanted more shots of the daughter so we will try to add more of them

Make the sound towards the end louder
