B: Best investment <ul><li>At closing your investment is secured with a Warranty Deed, and Deed of Trust (Mortgage) document in cases where money is borrowed. </li></ul><ul><li>Then you may enter into a management agreement with REO Sales Group, LLC to rehab the property (if needed) </li></ul><ul><li>We find a qualified tenant and rents the property for the highest cash flow possible. </li></ul><ul><li>Finally, we provide you with Quarterly reports along with any net income; after escrow and normal reserves are met. </li></ul>
