  2. 2. ANGER It is one of our response to a problem we feel unable to solve. Perhaps, the problem is one in our relationships, at work, or in some other aspects of our lives. Finding positive problem solving strategies that help you avoid anger can be a big part in everyday anger management.
  3. 3. ANGER Don’t forget that Is an unconstructive response that escalates the problem, not the solution.
  4. 4. Change The Way YOU Think
  5. 5. Changing the way you think is a great way to address problems from a new angle. Focus on the goal, and not the problem. Watch your problems wash away like it’s nothing. Consider the steps YOU can take. The way we think can create and strengthen barriers between us and the solution.

Neither stance is usually conductive to clear communications. Think about what you say things is a good way to maintain a good situation and relationship to the people around you.
