With signature capture you can have your customers
and employees sign-off on Estimates, Work Orders, and
Invoices. The purpose of this PowerPoint is to show you
how to use signature capture on a mobile device.
When your field technicians go into the field, typically, you want a
customer signature for authorization that a proposal is correct or a job
was completed adequately. Now, with our Signature Capture, there is
no need to question whether or not a customer gave the authorization!
Continue on to read more about how you can have your customers sign-
off on work orders and more! The following instructions apply to
Estimates and Invoices, as well.
To have a customer sign-
off on a work order follow
-Click on the work order
corresponding to the
Depending on where your
Customer Signature field is,
scroll down and locate the
field. Click the Edit button.
-You can adjust the size and
color by adjusting the icons
above the Signature
-The Eraser icon allows you
to remove part of the
signature or all of it.
-The Paper icon clears the

finished click the ”Stop
