2. Purpose
Here at Husky Intelligence we are continually striving to make this
software more user friendly and easier to navigate. The process of
adding a new customer, or customers, has never been easier. This
PowerPoint will show you the many ways to add a new customer.

Your Customer information is now located under the Maintain section. Click
the ”Settings” button in the bottom left corner. Under the Maintain Lists select
Customers.

Click the ”Add New” button on the top left of the list. A pop-up box will appear.
Click the down arrow to select which customer type (if applicable) you would
like to add. Now you are ready to input your customer information.

Importing These next few slides will guide you on how you can import a
customer file into the system. This is beneficial because it allows
you to add multiple customers into the system simultaneously.

-From the Settings page click on the ”Customers” link to access your customer list.
-To import an Excel file into NetDispatcher click the ”Import” button. This can be seen
below.
-The Up arrow icon exports your current customer list to a CSV file.
-The Down arrow icon imports a customer list

Step 1 - After clicking the icon a box appears saying “Import Source.” Select the template
you would prefer to transfer the customer information into. Click “Choose File” and select
the file from your computer you wish to transfer. Click Next.

Step 2 – After clicking Next the Data Binding box will appear. Click the down arrow on the
first box and select which title (or column) from your file you want transferred into each
field.

Step 3 – After clicking next another box appears. Read the instructions and check the box
if you would like to link this information with existing information in the system

Step 4 – After clicking next another box appears. This box notifies you that the data from
your file will begin the importing process after you click the blue “Ready” button. The
status of the process will appear in the top right corner.

Importing Once the import process is complete click the browser’s
refresh button. Your new customer information should
appear in the customer list.
