Here at Husky Intelligence we are continually striving to make this
software more user friendly and easier to navigate. The process of
adding a new customer, or customers, has never been easier. This
PowerPoint will show you the many ways to add a new customer.
-From the Settings page click on the ”Customers” link to access your customer list.
-To import an Excel file into NetDispatcher click the ”Import” button. This can be seen
-The Up arrow icon exports your current customer list to a CSV file.
-The Down arrow icon imports a customer list
Step 1 - After clicking the icon a box appears saying “Import Source.” Select the template
you would prefer to transfer the customer information into. Click “Choose File” and select
the file from your computer you wish to transfer. Click Next.
Step 4 – After clicking next another box appears. This box notifies you that the data from
your file will begin the importing process after you click the blue “Ready” button. The
status of the process will appear in the top right corner.
