The Global Climate Strike is happening on Friday 20th September, organised by Greta
Thunberg and thousands of youth organisations around the world. It will see millions of
young people out on the street, demanding an end to the age of fossil fuels and climate
justice for all. These are the most important voices in the world today, and they have asked
the adults to support them.

3. WHAT IS CLIMATE JUSTICE?
Those least responsible for Climate Change suffer it’s gravest consequences. So this isn’t
about saving the planet and being an eco warrior. It’s about demanding actions to protect
your human rights which are being threatened by individuals, companies, industries,
governments and countries. It’s also about making sure you aren’t hurting others by
taking necessary action yourself.
