He was directly responsible for building the organization’s FMS program into a $1.7B enterprise,
averaging in excess of $300M in new sales annually. Mr. Daniele also authored several
International Armaments Cooperation Agreements, advancing US Army Research and Development
goals through collaboration with allies around the globe. Other duties he performed at PEO STRI
include Director of Strategic Planning and Program Development and Customer Support Executive.
Prior to his assignment at PEO STRI, Mr. Daniele served for 15 years at the Army's Communication
and Electronics Command rising through the ranks of their FMS organization, culminating as the
Director of the Weapon System Division. His responsibilities were to direct and lead the delivery of
communications equipment in support of Foreign Military Sales of major weapon platforms such as
the Abrams tank and Apache helicopter.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Daniele received the Army's FMS Executive of the
Year and Excellence in Customer Support awards. He was presented the Achievement Medal for
Civilian Service in March 2012.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Kean College of N.J., and a Master of Arts in
Communication from the University of Central Florida. In 2006, Mr. Daniele attended the Global
Master of Arts Program at the Fletcher School of International Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University,
Boston MA. He was appointed to the U.S. Army Acquisition Corps in 1995.

providing consulting services in the area of International
Sales. He provides assistance to industry partners
interested in pursuing and obtaining contracts with foreign
militaries through either government-to-government
Foreign Military Sales (FMS) or Direct Commercial Sales
(DCS). Prior to his retirement from Federal Service, he
served as a Department of the Army Civilian, whereby he
amassed over 35 years of experience in the areas of
Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and International Affairs. He
retired as one of the Army's premiere Subject Matter
Experts in his field. Over the final 20 years of his career,
Mr. Daniele was responsible for all International Programs
at the US Army's Program Executive Office for
Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI).
