Dudy of loyalty The emplyoee has to in his or hers actions avoid anything that’s conflicting with the position they’re holding• Bijou Brigitte sued in 2009 Elina Karjalainen who had critized her employer publicly at web chats and also founded a Facebook-page called Bijou Brigitte-boikottiin• The law-case was dropped, because Bijou Brigitte couldn’t prove that the company had suffered in any concrete way from the Facebook-page (f.ex. economically)• Also all the comments that Karjalainen had issued on the web were stated to be true.(PAM-uutiset 22.2.2011)
